Transportation

We arrange arrival and departure transportation to the Texas A&M University Easterwood Airport in College Station which is only five minutes away.

Campers will be transported by clean, late model, air-conditioned buses to and from Cambridge House. After checking in, all residence campers will be transported by camp assigned transportation to and from the golf course and evening entertainment activities. All residence campers must report to camp director any intentions or special arrangements to meet family or guests throughout the week. Day campers will report to the golf course each morning and transportation will provided only at the golf course. Parents of day campers if necessary we will arrange a pick up and drop off schedule at the Learning Center.

Health & Safety

The Aggie Golf School provides campers with 24-hour supervision, full access to emergency health care and a 24 hour a day trainer.

St. Joseph Medical Center, which has been designated as the emergency hospital for President George Bush and visiting dignitaries when they are in town is only minutes away. The Texas A&M Athletic Trainer will tend to all treatable and minor injuries as well while educating campers about proper hydration, injury prevention, and treatment when necessary.

First Aid

First aid is available at all times and in all locations where the campers will be throughout their visit.

Parking

Parking is available at both Cambridge House and at the Aggie Golf Team's Wahlberg Learning Center.

Visiting Your Camper

Parents may visit with their child during any free time scheduled for campers. Parents must ok this with Camp Director Brian Kortan: Aggiegolfcamp@athletics.tamu.edu. Parents are also invited to the camp tournament at Traditions Club and awards ceremony at The Learning Center at Traditions Club on the final day of camp.

Camp Check-in and Orientation

Check-In – Campers will need to check-in at registration from 12:00pm-2:00pm on the first day of camp at Cambridge House. Orientation will begin at 2:00pm after campers have checked-in. Parents are welcome and encouraged to stay for orientation.

Check-Out – Parents will pick up their camper at The Wahlberg Learning Center on their final day of camp and will return to the Cambridge House following the ceremony and lunch to return room keys and collect camper's items..

Session 1 & Session 2 schedules will have the Aggie Golf Camp Tournament where parents and siblings are welcome to join on the golf course as spectators. Following the completion of the round, the camp will conclude with awards ceremony and lunch at The Learning Center beginning at approximately 11:00am on Thursday/Monday.

Camp Store

A camp store will be set up where students will be able to purchase merchandise items, snack food, treats, and soft drinks. Campers will not be allowed to purchase these items with cash. Your son/daughter will need very little or no cash throughout the week. Items can be purchased at the camp store by setting up a Camp Store account during online Registration where parents will set up an account for their child to charge any items.

Photography – Professional Photographs will be available for purchase and can be set up at registration through their Camp Store account.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • $50 of tuition is forfeited if cancelled up to a week before the start of the 1st session.
  • $500 of tuition is forfeited if cancelled the week before the start of the 1st session
  • All cancellation requests must be in writing
